Project Management, Quality Assurance & Evaluation
Ensures effective coordination, financial compliance and structured progress monitoring in line with EU requirements. Provides the overall management framework supporting timely delivery, partner collaboration and alignment with Erasmus+ objectives.
WP2
Skills Intelligence & Future-Driven Alliance Building in the Humanoid Era
Maps emerging humanoid applications and professional profiles across sectors, translating these insights into an EU-aligned competence framework. WP2 assesses ethical and organisational readiness for humanoid integration and establishes the European Humanoid Skills Alliance to govern skills standards across borders.

WP3
Co-Design of HumaNova Soft & Hard Infrastructure for VET Excellence & Sectoral Innovation
Co-designs modular vocational pathways and dual-use curricula that prepare learners and professionals for humanoid-enabled occupations. It also launches the Humanoid Labs and Innovation Hubs across the partnership, giving learners hands-on access to applied training, peer learning and humanoid pedagogy.

WP4
Ecosystem Activation & Social Impact Prototyping
Activates regional ecosystems around each Centre of Vocational Excellence, bringing together education, industry, public authorities and civil society to co-own humanoid integration locally. It implements full-scale training pilots and reskilling pathways that put learners directly into sectoral humanoid-deployment scenarios.
