How it works

Work Packages

Explore what the project will do, step by step.

WP1: Project Management, Quality Assurance and Evaluation

Lead Beneficiary: AKMI (P1), Months 1 - 48

Ensures effective coordination, financial compliance and structured progress monitoring in line with EU requirements. Provides the overall management framework supporting timely delivery, partner collaboration and alignment with Erasmus+ objectives.

WP2: Skills Intelligence and Future-Driven Alliance Building in the Humanoid Era

Lead Beneficiary: VUB (P8), Months 1 - 14

WP2 maps emerging humanoid applications and professional profiles across sectors, translating these insights into an EU-aligned competence framework for humanoid-integrated occupations. It assesses ethical and organisational readiness for humanoid integration in key service environments, and establishes the European Humanoid Skills Alliance to coordinate humanoid skills standards across borders. A sector-specific benchmarking and excellence framework is also deployed to support institutional capacity building and peer learning across the CoVE network.

WP3: Co-Design of HumaNova Soft and Hard Infrastructure for VET Excellence & Sectoral Innovation

Lead Beneficiary: AKMI (P1), Months 9 - 36

WP3 co-designs modular vocational pathways and dual-use curricula that prepare learners and professionals for humanoid-enabled occupations, and launches Humanoid Labs and Innovation Hubs across the partnership for applied, real-world skills development. It covers the structuring of sector-specific vocational pathways, the co-creation of dual-use curriculum models, the establishment of STEM talent pipelines, immersive Training-of-Trainers for educators, and the development of a financial sustainability and co-investment model for the long-term operation of the HumaNova CoVE.

WP4: Ecosystem Activation and Social Impact Prototyping

Lead Beneficiary: CMQ Mécanique (P2), Months 24 - 48

WP4 activates regional ecosystems and prototypes social impact through full-scale training pilots with embedded learner participation in sectoral humanoid deployment scenarios. It coordinates multistakeholder visioning workshops and regional cooperation frameworks, delivers fast-track reskilling and upskilling programmes, and supports cross-border mobility and mutual recognition. Furthermore, WP4 evaluates learning outcomes, institutional readiness and societal impact through a multi-dimensional impact framework, feeding into policy transfer models and qualification integration guidelines for national and EU adoption.

WP5: Dissemination, Communication and Strategic-Sustainable Impact

Lead Beneficiary: EVBB (P15), Months 1 - 48

WP5 operates throughout the project’s lifecycle, focusing on the dissemination of results and the engagement of stakeholders to ensure transferability and sustainability to other robotics education, training, and industry providers. It produces a country-specific and EU-wide outreach strategy, fosters an online presence with cutting-edge content, broadens outreach through strategic partnerships, engages local communities, and develops a long-term action plan for sustainability and lasting impact.
